No results for service search give option for organisation/search entry point.

If a user had completed a keyword search for services but has had no results in addition to expanding radius to search services we could also add a search for organisations.

• Need to make sure it is clear that the user is moving to a different search method.
• Also, need to make sure it only appears if keyword search has been used for services.

Need to add a new search button which will link to an organisation search with the keyword as the query parameter.

I imagine this would add value as users who can't find services in their area would maybe be able to contact an organisation who operates in a different area and see about accessing the service remotely or for them org to expand operations.

To do list:

• [x] Need add the 'New organisation search' button to the search results page.
• [x] Have it only appear when a user has done a keyword search and there are no results.
• [x] When the user selects the button redirected to the org search
• [x] Clicking the button also captures the keyword argument with the keyword inputted.
• [x] Test the button only appears when at the end of results and when there is a keyword.
• [x] Test the link in the button has the same keyword as searched.
• [x] Right tests to ensure the redirects work properly.
• [ ] Think about usability and clearly signalling to the user that they are conducting a different type of search.
