If a user has edit permissions then make edit service an option on Service details. #56

As Edit Service to the actions bar for users with permission to edit the service as per organisation edit.

Organisations already have an Edit organisation do the same for services.

If the user is authenticated then need to add a new option to the actions list. An icon with the edit pencil and the "Edit service" which redirects to the "Edit service" view.

As seen above the "Edit service" option has been added as well as "Delete service" in a similar way to the Organisation Detail view.

Is it worthwhile having the "Improve this listing" option for users who are logged in and can edit it directly?

Worthwhile adding test to the service detail view to ensure that only the correctly authenticated user with edit priviledges has the oppotunity edit and delete services.
