Update of language regarding service feedback #73

Although it seems to not have been an issue as of yet it might be important to make it more clear to users how to go about reporting issues with a service. The current language around the service detail is positive but without adjusting it too much there would be the opportunity to make it more clear that the feedback form can be used for reporting problems with a service.
