When a service has only one location centre the map on it and adjust zoom.

Added a little more complexity to check for service areas. If there are no service areas and one location, the map will zoom to the single location.

If there is a single service area and a single location the map will zoom to the service area if the central lat-long is available.

If there are multiple service areas and one location the map will have default centring and zoom
