Fast Alignment Mode or disable browser tracks by default #152

Should probably disable browser track creation by default, make that an opt-in. It can be slow.

Also add a bit to the README for faster alignments (r mode).

Decided to add option --no_bigwigs, which allows users to turn off the potentially time-consuming step of making bigwig tracks after alignments. As of commit 3b714d0461966317598bf9aee936aefb4134645f
