Locus coordinates #48

Hi Mike,

I was wondering if the last coordinate is included in the locus or not (i.e. are coordinates specified as in BED-format).

Hi,

Coordinates are 1-based, inclusive (NOT BED like).

So, Chr1:2-24 means bases 2 through 24, a total of 23 nts.
