Simulator output should be -100 to 100 #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using the simulator

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The simulator output should be -100 to 100.  This is how the transmitter works

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r93, Ubuntu

Please provide any additional information below.
All of the channel outputs are currently 0 to 100%.  This simulator should act 
like the real transmitter and show -100 to 100.
