Clarification on instruction page relating to "Quickstart" #62

on this google code front page, there's a contribution by Ghosthb called
"Quickstart". Its great... but it seems to assume the user has my (s_mack) 9x
programmer board. Which I personally think is awesome! But if the user
doesn't have it, then step 2 ("Plug your radio into the usb. The power switch
does not need to be on.") isn't going to make a lot of sense and will probably
confuse/frustrate them.

Ideally for me (of course) would be an entry like so:

"If you have the SmartieParts 9x Programmer board, then plug your radio into
the usb. The power switch does not need to be on. If you're using a different
programmer then make sure you've connected it to your radio according to its
instructions."

Honestly, I'm not trying to shamelessly promote... I honestly think it needs to
be clarified. Even omiting any reference to my board and a USB connection and
just having: "Make sure you've connected your programmer to your radio
according to its instructions." would be better (though the user might be like,
"programmer?" so a link to an explanation or suggestions would be good).

Cheers.

I do shamelessly promote :)

I also think your board is the best solution for the radio. (hence the link :)
