Check for all switches DOWN #89

Would it be possible to add a function to the Switch Warning to check if all 
switches are down instead of up upon startup?

I would like to start with all switches DOWN - seems more intuitive to me: low 
rates-switch down(low), high rates-switch up(high). Works for landing gear to - 
switch down, gear down.  If possible, leave out trainer on DOWN check.
