AIL and THR switch always reported ON

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Flash er9x-r762
2. Turn TX on
3. Wait for alarm: Please reset switches, any key to skip with AIL and THR 
being the switches that are on, when they are not.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be no error when switches are off

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
er9x-r762 FrSky, win 7

Another point: with the default firmware there is no such error (no telemetry)

Same issue here (Frsky NT stable r 708)
Thr and Ail switch are not working (working with original firmware).

Switches are recognised as ON.

If using the FrSky version you need to carry out the hardware mod relating to 
these two switches.

Same issue using ER9x-FRSKY r708, please point me in the direction of the

I have the same issue, i am running frsky version, r810.  the switches work, 
but everytime i power on I get the same error message.

When did you get the TelemetrEZ? There was a problem the the firmware on 
earlier TelemetrEZ boards that caused the THR and AIL switch to not respond for 
the first 15 seconds. If you flash r86 of the TelemetrEZ firmware to it, the 
problem is fixed.

I purchased the telemetrez in 3/2014.  Yesterday I had auto tune (pixhawk) 
running on thr, and I believe was the cause of a crash:  switch somehow is 
sticky.  I noticed in MP when I turn it on/off, it either lags or dosent do 
anything.  Anyway, before I flew, I hit the switch by mistake (before arming), 
during the flight the quad behaved as I was running auto tune in stabilize mode 
(which I've done before-not pretty) anyway I've yet to analyze logs but I think 
that is what's up.
