3pos turns into 2pos on th9x #47

I found a bug in 3 POS Switch in current test version 822. Most of times, just after power on, the 3pos turns itself into a 2pos switch, skipping the "ID1" 0% position.

In this situation first position acts as ID0 -100% and middle and last positions acts as ID2 100%

It turns back to work just by acivating the TRN switch, after that it works as normal for some power cycled and then get the strange behavior again.

I found that this was a hardware issue.
