Read from map data

  1. Threat / enemyBase data is no longer hard-coded. It is ready from an external JSON file.
  2. This includes UI elements: background, colored hover states.
  3. Threats can have multiples (ex, Craggy Highlands 1, 2, 3, 4) without using duplicated data. Threats can also attack with non-tokens now.
  4. Adds a (somewhat preliminary) new map. That still needs more work, but is on a good track.
