I was looking for a Discord badge but didn't find any in the repository or in opened pull requests.
Hoping I'm not the blind one, I'd like to contribute adding a Discord badge with the following pull.
The badge was made following this repository's directions and Discord's branding.
Icon background: #7289DA (branding one)
Badge background: not changed
Font: not changed
Icon: customized inverting the original one, used in the Discord application itself
