any plans to put this package on PyPI? #11

It would be nice if it could be installed via pip.

Hi @jbloom, thanks for all the comments. Yes, I will put the package on PyPI, it isn't actually finished yet, there are a couple of outstanding issues with slurm job handling that I have not wrapped up, and I would like to actually test it more thoroughly before putting it up on PyPI.

I should probably be more explicit about the fact that this is beta software, I thought I was the only one using it!

I am busy this week, but my hope is to finish the last of the testing in about 10 days. If you are able to test it yourself and report back I would be very grateful. As soon as I am satisfied that it works well on multiple systems I will put it on PyPI.
