vcxproj missing #1

The vcxproj file is not committed for the master branch so building isn't easy from a fresh repo clone :)

Remove this line https://github.com/MikeEckels/StewartPlatformCommInterface/blob/d062b37a809cee214c71aa430b3457b302c8768f/.gitignore#L12

Thank you, It has been updated, along with the .vcxproj.filters, and .vcxproj.user
