xDrip+ notification on Amazfit Bip / Mi Band 3 #1

Hello! I want to explain how I set up displaying BG and delta values on smart watch Amazfit BIP or Mi Band 3. Maybe not all of my settings are correct, maybe someone will correct me, but with these settings everything works on those watch :)

At first we need to have the Mi Fit installed and synchronized with the watch. In Mi Fit settings - App alerts i add xDrip+ and Amazfit tools (or Mi Band Tools)

Then we need to install from Google Play "Tools & Amazfit" for Amazfit Bip https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cz.zdenekhorak.amazfittools

or "Tools & Mi Band" for Mi Band 3 https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cz.zdenekhorak.mibandtools

I allowed all permissions for this program during installation.

In phone settings, check permissions of notifications for program xDrip+ (screenshots from Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime) phone1 phone2 phone3 phone4

and Amazfit Tools

Run Amazfit Tools and press "+" to add xDrip+

Tap on xDrip+ and you can see or change some additional settings (Time of notify, vibrating,...) tool2 tool3

In main menu need go to settings

and verify option - Ignore Non-Clearable (must be off)

Also in main menu you can test connection with smartwatch. tool7

Please wait 5- 10 minutes and notifications must coming

My son have Mi Band3, wife have Amazfit Bip, and i have Sony SW3 watch

Also in phone task manager, i lock xDrip+ , MiFit and Amazfit tools lock1 lock2

Once, my wife turn on DND (Do not disturb) on amazfit bip, and notification don't come :) I spent a lot of time finding a reason.

I hope I can help someone with these settings. Thanks to these gadgets (Freestyle libre, Dexcom, MiaoMiao, Xdrip, Blucon,...) and new developments in medicine, I hope we can overcome this diabetes in the near future.

Hi! In description of program Tools & Mi Band i see, that developer declare support of Mi Band 4. I think it's must work :)

Any solution using GadgetBridge instead of the original app (which will phone home)?

Dear MikeFor, i managed to get the setup for the Amazfit Bip, but it's making an notification alert every 5 minutes with the Bloodsugar value and the trend. Additionally its vibating. Is thera a possibility to show the Bloodsugar value and the trend continously as watch face and to setup not to vibrate every 5 minutes. Thx for answering.

Ps.: Did somebody mangage to integrat a suunto watch in Xdrip?

Hi there dear Mike, thx for your answer and effort. Ok then i will have to see if can manage the  vibrationsettings better.

Доброго дня, Майк. Вот ужу почти месяц не можем ребенку настроить на часах (Fitbit Versa 2) показания сахара. На телефоне стоит программа Xdrip. Может Вы сможете обЪяснить пошагово как это сделать? Или может кто то еще знает. Заранее спасибо.

@Dima-74 Добрый день. К сожалению у меня нет этих часов, но где то в групах Facebook есть информация про них. Пишут, что нужно сделать сброс к заводским настройкам на часах, удалить новую версию Fitbit App и установить старую версию 3.8. Нужен также watchface Glance - https://github.com/Rytiggy/Glance/wiki/How-to-set-up-Glance или Sentinel - https://www.facebook.com/groups/3185325128159614
