Rename npm package to short-order #18

The name "short-order" is more inline with npm naming conventions. Currently researching workarounds for npm publish error

Package name too similar to existing packages; try renaming your package to '@hopcroft/short-order' and publishing with 'npm publish --access=public' instead : short-order

Package has been renamed, but old package has not been deprecated and unpublished.
