Passing depth or scaling.factors #52

Hi, I plan to add an option to SAMseq (and probably samr) to pass a depth vector in order to use TMM, etc. calculations or 1 (aka no depth normalization). @MikeJSeo Did you already carry this out? Best, Samuel
