It would be good to have two separate vignette topics - one for reading and manipulating the control file elements (changing data, parameters or task) and one for executing NONMEM / PsN tasks. I'm happy to cover the reading / manipulating / writing one since it's related to the DDMoRe TEL functions.

Agree, division makes sense. I've asked the folks at UCSF to try out this library, as they are currently looking into workflow improvements. Perhaps they are interested in helping write the second vignette (execution), will ask. Otherwise I'll start a stub myself.

I think Andy's stub has started to cover execution, so feel free to flesh out that one. We may also want to split out "Getting started / installed" elements of that into a third vignette. I guess it would be good to describe common workflow when modelling with NONMEM, what we're trying to achieve with rspeaksnonmem and how it differs from (but could possibly interface with?) packages like metrumrg.
