flying redstone #112

For some reason, on both single and server, when I sift dust the Redstone goes flying. Everything else comes to me. I am 1 version old, I haven't updated to the barrel fix yet. Normally this wouldn't be a big issue, but it keeps flying into the void.

I'm not sure if it's related, but the sieving recipes don't show in JEI anymore either. They were working, then I added harvestcraft and after rebooting the server they vanished.

This looks like a dup of #93, which I saw in early SF3 releases, but appears to be fixed in at least the version I'm running (0.1.17).

This is still an issue for me while running the latest Sky Factory 3 pack (3.0.13), which (at this time) is using Ex Nihilo Adscensio 0.1.20
