On the single case page, we have to change the way that the pin for the current case is displayed so that it's easy to distinguish from "nearby cases".

We should also add some description or a link to the nearby cases so that users will be able to navigate from nearby case to nearby case.

Great! We just need to finish off the rest of the location stuff and we can merge in the issue5 branch.
