Allow subscribe via Calendar (iCal) #38

It would be really cool if I could output an iCal of events so people can add them to their calendars.

Closing this one, https://github.com/MikeRogers0/Ruby-Meetup-Calendar/issues/53 is a duplicate but describes what I want much better.
