This is a bunch of fixes, but:

Fixed the colour ratio WAZE warning for past events - Thank you @meg-gutshall !

Showing events which are in the next month, but the same week as the current month on the same page - closes https://github.com/MikeRogers0/Ruby-Meetup-Calendar/issues/37
