Check for event links 404'ing nearer their dates #47

Some events are being cancelled last minute, but I haven't setup a mechanism to remove them yet. As a result a few of the links on the homepage are 404'ing.

I'd like to update https://github.com/MikeRogers0/Ruby-Meetup-Calendar/blob/main/.github/workflows/pull-latest-events.yml to ping the current external_url frontmatter to confirm they're still present.
