I want to check I don't accidentality push slow code to production . This is kind of experimental, but lets do it.
This will run Lighthouse against the preview app, with budgets set which are based upon the current websites size.
I did mess with timings, but the first load of the site is always a tad slow for some reason (I think the CDN warming up). So I'm not logging those.
