28 segment bargraph help #3

is there a diagram how to solder the 28 segment bar graph to the breakout board

I have Problems to run the Bargraph. I soldered like in the Youtube Video from Wholesome Joe. But it doesn´t fuction. Do i must chance something in the Code? I tested with different Arduino nanos, and 2 different ht16k33 Chips. No function from the Bargraph. The Bargraph Leds are okay.

its probably common anode over common cathode.
