Update GdUnit4 to work with Godot 4.3 release #557

Why

We need to add the final release of Godot 4.3 to the CI workflow
input actions are broken
mocking of typeless functions are broken

What

added version 4.3 to the test matrix
fixed mocking by do not add -> Variant for typeless functions
fixed input actions to work with Godot 4.3
increase GdUnit4 version to 4.4.0
update c# project dependencies
