Option to hide studio logos for movies.
Reason: Lots of movie studios (e.g. for old movies) disappear, merge into other studios or simply cease to exist. Often there are no logos or information about them online. Also rights for movies change sometimes from one studio to another so scrapped info isn't accurate. Lots of logos are not even available so sometimes there's an image and other times just text - gives an inconsistent look. This is not a problem with TV shows as TV channels are quite limited in number and tvshow studios are easier to manage.
Option to hide votes for tvshows/movies in myflix view.
Reason: Tried to clean it up the look a bit. Number of votes doesn't really add much to user experience (IMHO).
Added "Rating" description in Myflix view when votes are hidden.
Added an image for IMDB 250. Replaced the current Imdb logo image with this new logo in the skin. Have not deleted the existing imdb logo img or imdb-bw img.
Added a fallback (fanart img) if episode thumb is not available. Currently it shows the same icon for missing episode thumbs.
Some minor changes with regards to "Specials" and how they are shown in the skin (Myflix view and DialogVideoInfo)
