Delay on fade-in content #27

I would suggest shortening the delay on the fade-in content that appears when scrolling past it.

Right now, the time is quite long. When people look at a webpage, they expect to see content. As they scroll down, they will expect to see content as well. If the site is blank while they scroll through they will instinctively think its broken and scroll on further, missing any content coming in.

I think the content should start appearing nearly as soon as you hit it with your viewport
