An issue in LibArtifactData. #64

I tried to bandaid this by deleting the Library but then the talent module breaks since it calls upon this.

There is something else breaking that lib... It's working fine

Figured out what it was, it was simbuilder (another addon) that was causing complications with the library since simbuilder hasnt been updated yet and was trying to unregister something to do with the artifact weapons. My apologies.
