After upgrading from grafana 7.2.2 to 7.3.1 some graphs no longer show graph output but rather "No data". This affects especially graphs which show numerical values with decimal points (as far as I have seen).
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
Ubuntu grafana package upgrade from 7.2.2 to 7.3.1 -> graphs stop working
Ubuntu grafana package downgrade from 7.3.1 to 7.2.2 -> graphs start working again
