feat: option to invert mouse buttons #7

Adds the option to invert the mouse buttons sent by the program, lines up with the game option so people don't have to back out of the level to toggle the game option if they prefer to play normally with inverted mouse.

Also sorry for the general code quality of the project - its one of my first .Net projects and really old :D
