Drop draft MRs from the 'To Review' list #78

Draft MRs are currently visible in the 'To Review' list. But those MRs are not supposed to be ready yet. Can you drop from the list ?

Hello, We couldn't reach a consensus about this among the developpers i got feedback from, so I'll add a setting for this.
