(1) - Identify debris (ie leaves, roadkill) separate from other (hydrants, lightposts)

Try to use color and shape models with color confidence and shape confidence associated with each pixel to detect the various mold patterns in each image.

Or see if RANSAC algorithm to do image matching would be more suitable in our case.
