Use tau and omega instead of tau2 and omega2? #3

Since we seem to prefer to specify heterogeneity parameters in terms of SDs instead of variances, should we modify the package functions to take tau and omega as inputs, rather than the current tau2 and omega2?

Has been changed across all functions, manuals, examples, tests, and helper functions but please double-check the accuracy across all package elements.
