Push ghc-events and TS changes about +RTS -s events #10

Push both ghc-events and ThreadScope patches form the mikolaj branch to master and then via darcs-bridge (remember to report the darcs-bridge bug, if it shows up) do the darcs repos and push ghc-events (and not TS) to the upstream darcs repo.

Pushed all to shared dev repo and to upstream. I've rebuilt the ghc-events bridge and the bug went away, so not reporting this time.
