5G NCI 36bit过长，导致parseInt异常闪退 #58

Steps to reproduce / 复现步骤

填写NCI，闪退；
日志看是parseInt抛异常；
5G的NCI是36bit，对parseInt过长，是需要改为parseLong？

5G NCI正常填写

5G NCI异常闪退
