Temp support for Fahrenheit #5

Added support for Farhenheit temperatures by making a variable in the common folder of apps to switch between units for the watch and weather apps. This is a fix for the issue I started a thread for. (#4)

This should be done in a new GUI screen in the Settings menu (to toggle ALL units between metric and imperial), but I thought this would be a good placeholder for anyone who wants to play with temperature in the meantime
