[Feature]: Another multicontrol method - UniControl

What happened?

This is yet another one , i posted one a few days ago but new one appeared https://github.com/salesforce/UniControl I think they just use one model for all the tasks as it understands them all ? Their results are kinda good with some tasks , thats pretty cool, saves space and can do a lot, would be nicer to separate it from sd checkpoint tho

UniControl is a unified model (1.4B #params, 5.78GB checkpoint) capable of handling various visual conditions for the controllable visual generation.

The dev will extract the model soon so maybe it will be easier to support it in this extension https://github.com/salesforce/UniControl/issues/3
