Grappling Hook Causes Server Crash #24

So after the Jan. 5th 2023 update, when ever someone pulls out the grapple hook, my server crashes. I've updated SourceMod to the latest version. And it doesn't seem like any of the plugins required to run PropHunt have any new updates.

This was already fixed yesterday with the commit 0b52e3ff68ea4d7c987b03eca8292b9c522e2878, but I've now published a new release as well
