This release bumps the plugin version to 1.3.0.

New Features

Add support for multiple activators
- Configurable using the convar dr_num_activators
- Activators can hide eachother using the drhide command
- Health gets split up across all activators
New ConVar: dr_activator_health

Improvements

Improve "Hide Runners" feature
- Hide ragdolls
- Hide thrown or fired projectiles
- Hide other entities dropped on death (ammo packs, halloween souls, etc.)
- Mute sounds of hidden runners
Improve chat messages and colors used
Massive code cleanup and refactor
