This MR includes:

Luminary should now be able to be built on both Windows and Linux.
SDL is no longer part of the repository but is now a separate dependency.
BVH now supports transparency checks.
Actual migration to Optix 7.4.
Migration to CUDA Toolkit 11.6.
Improved Readme.
