USER STORY: Dropdown menu for users lists #16

As a Site user, I want to be able to see my lists in a dropdown list from the navigation bar, so that I can navigate to my lists easily.

Tasks

[x] Implement a dropdown menu for "My lists" when user is logged in.
[x] Add functionality to automatically add lists to the dropdown menu.
[x] Correct the background color and remove border on mobile.
