Thanks for the PR!

I don't see the need for here::here in the _targets.R. The reason this needs to be present in the Rmd is mainly for interactive usage in RStudio, where the working directory for Rmd chunks can be different things depending on the setting for inline results.

There are no such issues in the _targets.R, and adding it there would mean it needs to be permanently added to the packages.R.
