Changelog - separate from main script. #3

Changelog aside. makes things more where they belong so its doesn't clutter.

Could be called from within script and displayed somehow.

I think I'll just create a separate CHANGELOG file in the repo, and keep that up to date for now. You're right, the changelog in the source code is just clutter. Will remove shortly...

So if I accept this PR, will that create a file called changelog? I'd prefer it was CHANGELOG but can fix that with a git mv.
