Reorganizes solution folder structure. #4

Closes #3

Renames existing project to .Core
Adds .Data project to abstract database handling
Adds .Tests project, which will contain unit tests
Adds .Driver project which will compile to exe

NOTE:

Add/Move App.config to Driver project

TODO:

[Rob] Remove reference to ChatSharp in Driver. It's there right now so the solution compiles.
