Auto save file when open #10

I think in most cases it's not expected to change the markdown format by default (for example, changing - into + for list items). This brings unexpected changes if the files use version control tools like git. It would be better keep the original text.

You are very welcome, I plan to make this as an optional config and disabled by default.
