Have the buggy/scout car be able to run out of ammo on "Munition Shortage" #5

It would really benefit the challenge if the buggy just had only limited SMG ammo you could get from its supply box, as of now I feel like the way it is derails the point of the challenge a little bit considering it feels like you don't have to conserve ammo with the SMG much in Highway 17.

As a side suggestion, maybe the grenade crates in Water Hazard would be able to run out of grenades as well since you can easily just carelessly (without running out of grenades whatsoever) bombard the metropolice squads that show up at the section where you have to smash that gate open to proceed.
