[BUG] Stream Volume is always 0 when entering a new stream, until volume is manually changed

Description

Stream Volume is always 0 when entering a new stream, until volume is manually changed

Steps to Reproduce

Join a voice call with a stream ongoing, join the stream, even if the volume slider is not 0 no volume is heard, when the slider is adjusted the audio works, leave the stream and rejoin and the volume is 0 again even though the slider does not show 0 until it is manually adjusted again.

Expected Behavior

Volume settings should stay as set previously.

Actual Behavior

Stream volume is always 0 on entering even if the slider doesnt show it visually

Try without any client mods. Doesn't feel like a GoofCord problem directly

You are correct, i did a bit of testing and found that the VolumeBooster plugin in vencord causes this issue.
