Make MicroMenu buttons hideable #24

Any chance you can separate the social module from the micromenu? I don't like all the other buttons but love having my guild/friends showing. Also is it possible to hide the esc menu button as well?

Just wanted to add my vote to this. Would definitely be awesome if we could hide certain icons (like the shop).

I'll push my work done about that today. The pull request #53 is not enough and this closes this issue
